The Banquet is the highlight of the Conference, bringing together over 2,200 students, facilitators, administrators and community leaders to celebrate the highest honor for an EAST program: winning the Founder’s Award of Excellence. A sponsor representative will have the opportunity to participate on the judging panel and be on stage while the previous year’s student winners present the award. Your company name and/or logo prominently displayed on stage during the Awards Banquet and your company is thanked and recognized during awards presentation.

Over 90% of EAST Conference attendees use a mobile device. This is the first year they will have access to an official EAST Conference mobile event app. EventMobi is an invaluable resource that will enable attendees to view the agenda, find breakout session information, locate event sponsors and booth exhibitors, receive immediate event notifications and more. Right from their mobile device! Exclusive sponsorship will provide high-exposure placement in the app, in order to drive traffic to your company’s onsite presence or website. Your company logo will be immediately visible each time an attendee opens the app.
Your company name and/or logo imprinted on the handle of approximately 1,800 pompoms given to attendees as they arrive at the Conference’s Closing Session. Designed to celebrate the students’ accomplishments and Conference awards, the Closing Session is a spirit-filled occasion and is the last formal event that participants will attend at the EAST Conference. The pom-poms will be the final souvenir presented to attendees. These promotional giveaways will be used to pump up the crowd, and your company’s business.
Your company name and/or logo printed on all VIP Reception invitations, with signage opportunities within the reception venue (signs provided by sponsor). Six (6) tickets to the reception. Guests include business and government leaders, other conference sponsors, exhibitors, VIPs, EAST Board of Directors, EAST student ambassadors, EAST alumni, and other invited guests.
Your company name and/or logo imprinted on the back of special coins given to select student participants during Conference. Students are presented these coins by EAST staff, VIP guests and competition judges for exemplifying the core values of EAST. Recipients of the coins and the sponsor are recognized at the conference closing session.
During its five-month peak, the 2012 Conference website received close to 50,000 visits internationally and its content was viewed over 325,000 times. This opportunity offers a cost-effective marketing venue - your logo prominently interlocked with the 2013 Conference website banner, and your organization identified as the official sponsor of the Conference website. In addition, your logo will appear on the EAST Conference mobile planner - a mobile version of the Conference website that is linked through a QR code. It is a valuable resource for any attendee to find a copy of the event agenda, program session information, and floor plan.
The breakout rooms are where our educational training programs are held. This sponsorship offers a great opportunity to meet-and-greet attendees as they enter your room, as well as two minutes of speaking time to welcome attendees and introduce the speaker at the beginning of each session. These rooms will be “named” for your organization and referred to as the “Sponsor” Room in all communications related to the Conference. Your organization’s name and logo will be featured on the breakout room signage, and each room will have a table for sponsors to display additional signage and promotional items. Limited number of rooms available and placement is coordinated by priority on a first-come first-serve basis.

Developed by the EAST Technical Support Group, the Tech Support Olympiad was created to showcase the exceptional technology abilities of 10 students in an on-site, hands-on competition. The Olympiad debuted at the 2012 Conference and proved to be an exhilarating experience with loads of action and great prizes. The competition is held in a prominent location and is viewable by a live audience. The sole sponsor of this competition, your company’s logo will be featured on all competition signage. You will also have an opportunity to present the award at the Closing Session.
Your company name and/or logo displayed in all communications related to the EAST Conference poster competition as sponsor. Opportunity to present the poster competition award and be recognized as competition sponsor during Opening Plenary when students vote for poster winner via live texting. Your Company logo will also be displayed on signage along with the with finalist posters near the main exhibit hall entryway following voting and announcement of winner. The live text voting is a highlight of the Conference. As a sponsor, your company will also be presented with a framed copy of the poster.

EAST Fusion is the social kickoff event for our annual Conference and features a live DJ, snacks, crazy contests, and more! As the sole sponsor of this free social event, your company’s logo will be featured on all event signage and on all certificates awarded to contest winners. Your company will also receive ample name recognition by the DJ during this 2.5 hour-long event.
The Best of Conference Awards offer an opportunity for students, facilitators, and other registered participants to vote on the EAST programs that impress them the most during Conference. These awards exemplify the best that Conference has to offer in the following categories: Suited for Success (most professional), Signature Design (best booth design), Dressed to a Tee (best team t-shirt), and Best of Tech (most impressive use of technology in the booth). Students are able to vote online throughout Conference. Great anticipation builds around these highly coveted awards, and the winning schools are announced during the Closing session. Your logo prominently displayed on voting website and the award. You will also have an opportunity to present the awards to the winners.
Your company name and/or logo displayed on approximately 55 tables in one of the four seating sections during the Awards Banquet. Guests include students, facilitators, administrators, parents and community leaders. In each section, there are also approximately 5 VIP tables hosting community leaders, industry leaders, legislators and other prominent supporters of EAST. All table display section sponsors will be recognized and thanked on the Conference website and in the Conference program.
Every little bit helps in producing this annual Conference for EAST students from across the country. Donations of any amount are welcome and show your support of the EAST Model, the EAST Initiative, and EAST students and facilitators. Individual donations will be recognized and thanked on the Conference Website, as well as in the Conference Program.
