Participant Registration Bags
Provide information about your organization to be included in registration bags.
As space allows, you may present your own material during a breakout session. We are accepting proposals through December 20, 2013. See Call for Presenters for more details.
Exhibitors are invited to set up booths on Wednesday, March 19, from 8:30 a.m.–1:45 p.m. or on Thursday, March 20, from 7:15 AM–8:30 AM. On arrival, please visit the Registration Booth to receive your registration packet and booth location. Please note that exhibits and booths do not open until Thursday, March 20.
Suggested Items to Bring
Wireless Internet is complimentary at the Hot Springs Convention Center. LAN Lines may be purchased for your booth if you require a reliable Internet connection.
The Convention Center does not allow hubs, switches or routers to be brought onsite to connect more than one computer to a computer with Internet access. You will be invoiced for any additional computers if you bring your own device, and they can and will be tracked using IP addresses. If you wish to connect multiple computers to a LAN line, the Convention Center has a limited supply of 8 port network switches for a rental rate of $25.00/day. Bring your own network cables.

Wednesday, March 19
* Please note that exhibits and booths are NOT open on this day but you are welcome to setup in preparation for Thursday's exhibit hall opening. **During the Opening Plenary, student awards will be announced for several conference competitions.
Thursday, March 20
*During the Awards Banquet, EAST programs will be recognized for their achievements.
Friday, March 21
*Please do not begin booth breakdown until after the Closing session. Thank you.
